 K.V. AFS, NALIYA  has the pride of being one of the oldest and biggest schools in the whole NALIYA town. It came into being in 1969. Central Govt. Employees have been immensely benefited by the scheme of KVS as their children get priority in admissions. It excels in all fields and fulfills all the parameters of education.

The Kendriya Vidyalayas are run by the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body formed by the Ministry of Education, (H.R.D.) Govt. of India, New Delhi. As result of the recommendations of the second Pay Commission. They Primarily cater to the educational needs of the children of Central Govt. Employees including Defence Personnel and floating population liable to frequent transfers throughout the country. Needless to say, therefore they have common syllabus and are affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi
