It is located in a peaceful and specious surrounding on Porbandar Highway opposite Pedhla village in the city of Jetpur which is known as Manchester of printing on Cotton Sarees. Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jetpur (Pedhla) is an educational hub for the citizens of Jetpur. Since, its inception on 14th July 2003 K. V. Jetpur (Pedhla) has carved a niche in the educational arena of Jetpur. It has created tremendous awareness about C.B.S.E. Course and Rich Quality Education. K. V. Jetpur (Pedhla)has established itself by providing quality education, obtaining quality result, cultural variety and socio-educational awareness. Hence, the futures hope, for all round development of the Vidyalaya and of fulfilling all the criteriaof KVS.
 
 Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan is selected among 100 most reliable institute of India. It is an Autonomous Body under the Ministry of Human Resources Development, Headed by a Commissioner (IAS).Its Head quarter is in New Delhi and it is managed through Regional Offices.
 
 K. V. Jetpur(Pedhla) is one of 46 K.V.S. in Ahmedabad Region with its regional office at Gandhinagar (Gujarat). At present there are as many as 388 students with 12 regular employees.
