Kendriya Vidyalaya Namkum is a Defence Sector Kendriya Vidyalaya situated within Namkum Cantt., Near Indian Lac Research Institute on Tata Road. It is 9 to 10 Km. from Ranchi Railway station and about 7 Km. away from Katatoli Bus Stand.Area of School Campus is 15 Acres.

MISSION OF KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA

The Kendriya Vidyalayas have a four - fold mission, viz.,

1. To cater to the educational needs of children of transferable central Goverment includung Defence and Para-military personnel by providing a common programme of education.
