Kendriya Vidyalaya Hassan

DESCRIPTION :

The Vidyalaya has well stocked computer automated(E-GRANTHALAYA) library of more than 10,000 books for students reference and issued on library cards.  Also Vidyalaya subscribes a wide range of Newspapers and Magazines which are educational in nature.
There are 4 overhead projectors and one interactive board. All these are extensively used for Teaching-Learning process.
The school has well-equipped 2 computer labs with LAN connectivity with Internet access. The total number of computers for students is 53.
Vidyalaya is equipped with a vast playground and play equipment.
A Scout and Guides wing is actively functioning in the Vidyalaya.
Vidyalaya has guidance and counseling cell which looks after the problem faced by the students and the solutions thereon.
Medical facilities (First Aid) are provided to the students. Under which healthy eating habits and personal hygiene, are also taken care.
