This school is run by JYOTHY CHARITABLE TRUST. It was inaugurated in the year 1989 and is being run with the selfless and dedicated efforts of Dr B.N.V. Subrahmanya. He is the Managing Trustee of the trust and the founder president of JYOTHY KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA.

Jyothy Kendriya Vidyalaya is a co-educational school catering to educational and co-curricular needs of students. Jyothy Kendriya Vidyalaya is dedicated to provide quality education and making students well versed in extracurricular activities. 
Jyothy Kendriya Vidyalaya has classes from LKG,UKG, I to X, with a student strength of 2000 and faculty strength of 80+.
