The Malabar English Higher Secondary School is formed under the auspicious of Kottakkal Educational and Charitable Trust, Kottakkal with the object of imparting education in English Medium. The school is formally inaugurated by Jb. Syed Hyderali Shihab Thangal on 8th of May 2000. The school is located at the western side of Kottakkal ? Cholakkundu road about 3 KM away from Kottakkal bus stand with a beautiful campus.

The Malabar English Higher Secondary School is a bold step by the trust to provide quality education to the common people of the area in general and the downtrodden and the backward sections of the society in particular.

From the first day itself it has started its endless efforts to meet its utmost goal of being an icon of Educational Institutions in Kerala which promote ideal education to those who are talented in the socio-religious scenario.
