The school is established on 5th April 2012 with joint collaboration of DAV College Managing Committee, New Delhi and Dhamra Port Company Limited with classes LKG to STD V. Eventually it was taken over by Adani Foundations.The classes developed to STD VIII as on date , the school is having classes up to secondary level. The school is on path of continuous development and achievement. About  dedicated, committed and experienced  teaching and  non ? teaching staffs are working hard in shaping the destiny of  students recently and will add more with the days to come despite of  its location in the cranny of the city of Bhadrak . The school has a beautiful surrounding with all modern facilities required to be compared with any other developed school of the state. It has several laboratories, which include Physics, Chemistry, Biology, S.sc, Mathematics, Computer etc. It also has Art and Craft room, Music and Dance room, Conference room and Multimedia room. Regular Orientation and Seminars are organized from time to time for the professional growth of staff members.
