Academics:
Long View Public School shall endeavor to be a powerful catalyst to bring alive the experience of knowledge assimilation.

CIRRICULUM
English is the medium of instruction and examination.
The academic year extends from march to December and is divided into two terms, ending June and December. The School has a short summer break of 10 days after the first term and a long winter break of approximately 3 months at the end of the academic year.

In addition to regular subjects like English, Hindi, Maths, Social Studies, Science and Environmental Education, the School also teaches music, art, craft and physical education. The students are also encouraged to take an active interest in their environment through Nature Study. Regular sports and games are compulsory for the students. Computer education starts right from class I onwards.
Children are entertained/ educated through recreational facilities like learning ? based video films on a regular basis. Moral education forms an integral part of the curriculum.
Social work projects are compulsory for the pupils. This is to teach them dignity of labour and also to understand the problems of society.
