This is for the General information of all parents, potential parents and all other concerned that due to defaults in the conditions, non-compliance of standards of operation and functioning in running the school as per the Franchise Agreement, we have officially terminated this branch of Shemford Futurisitic Schools permanently. All concerned are hereby apprised that SHEMFORD FUTURISTIC GROUP OF SCHOOLS have no association with this Ex-Franchise whatsoever and the general public is hereby cautioned to not be misled and associate themselves with the above said Former SHEMFORD Branch believing it to be an existing Shemford Branch as SHEMFORD FUTURISTIC GROUP OF SCHOOLS will not be held responsible for any loss incurred directly or indirectly due to any misrepresentation caused by the EX-Franchisee."
