Falakata High School(HS) is a glorious institution in the history of school education in West Bengal since its recognition as x class High School(1949). Actually the school was established in 1886 as Middle English school(class viii ) and after that it was a High English School. This school was upgraded as X+2(HS) from 01.07.1976. With the excellent academic record of the students our school attained admiration in district and state. Science, Arts, Commerce, Computer Education are the streams in HS. Students of the school have got celebrity in the country and abroad. Teachers are also well educated and careful to shape the career of the students.
