Surabi is an independent Matric Higher Secondary School and K-through-12 preparatory educational institution. CP Marimuthu founded Amuthasurabi Educational Trust in 2001 "for the purpose of thoroughly preparing young men for the best colleges, scientific schools and businesses of India."

With a strong focus on leadership training, Surabi prepares India's young minds for college and the greater world beyond by encouraging them to develop their own unique interests and talents, while helping them to move beyond self-imposed limitations. Inspired by Swami Vivekananda's vision for education, Surabi lays emphasis on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual sides of man.

In 2001, Surabi Matric Higher Secondary School was established with the approval of TN government at NGGO Colony, Namakkal. Steady growth has continued throughout the first decade of its inception. Today we cater to 1100 students of Namakkal, Erode, Tiruchengode, and Chennai regions of Tamil Nadu state.
