Sri Valliammal School was started in the name of Valliammal Vidhyala in Thirupathiripuliyur, Cuddalore in the year 1993 by Late.Thiru.Veluswamy Chettiar, Renowned jeweller, proprietor of Sri Valli Vilas, Cuddalore under the ? D.Veluswamy & Chandrammal Trust?.

Commenced with the strength of 11 students and free education and complete service motive. In 1999, after the sad demise of the Founder, the School represented his Son Thiru.V.Balu as the Chairman and Tmt. Vairam Duraiswamy Continued as the Correspodent.

Science Labs, Audio Visual Hall, Computer Labs and New Block were developed in the consecutive years. 

Students Academic, Sports and other Activities with Life Skills were given high importance. 

In year 2000, the Name of the school was changed to Sri Valliammal School For Knoweldge and Wisdom
