Kendriya Vidyalaya Khetri Nagar is runned by the Kendriya Vidylaya Sangathan, An Autonomous body and premier organization in India administering 1073 schools known as "Kendriya Vidyalayas". It is Co-educational institution with common and uniform syllabus and pattern of education under CBSE Curriculum.
 
To cater to the educational needs of children of transferable Central Government employees including Defense and Para-military personnel by providing a common programme of education.
