St. Mary's Convent School is an English Medium co-educational school. It is managed by Nirmala Shiksha Sanstha which is a registered society under the Rajasthan Society Registration Act (XXVIII 1958). All the members of the Society belong to the Religious Congregation of "THE FRANCISCAN SISTERS OF OUR LADY OF GRACES".

This school is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi. It is an unaided, co-educational institution where girls and boys grow up together in a healthy atmosphere of equality and mutual respect. It is a Minority Institution.

The aim of this Institution is to produce good citizens of India by imparting to its students a sound moral, intellectual and physical education with a view to develop their talents and potentialities and to prepare them to face the challenges of life. Character formation and development of spiritual values are imparted regularly to the students through the teaching of moral science.
