DESCRIPTION :

The school boarding house divided into two ?Houses? looks after 100 students and is meant for boys of class IV and above. Ajit house is for students of Class IV to VIII. Chandragupta house is for students of Class IX to XII.  the Boarding House has a well furnished common room, which provides indoor games, a small library, colour T.V. sets, and a music system. Two resident House Masters, assisted by Assistant House Masters, two Matrons and two 'Bal Sevikas' look after the Boarders' hygiene, clothing, and other requirements. They maintain the discipline of each house where every effort is made to teach the boys to lead a community life. Students are associated with the running of the House through their Captain and House Prefects. They are taught dignity of labour by performing such tasks as polishing their own shoes, and making their own beds. All students go for P.T. in the morning. Hot water for bathing is provided during the cold weather for which solar panels have been installed. All students are expected to write a letter home at least once a week and a register is maintained to ensure that this rule is observed. Each student has a wooden locker, a writing table and chair to himself near his bed. The hostel is air cooled and the school has a generator for power back up.
