Rajbir Rathi along with his team mates Sh. Anil Bansal, Sh. Anil Garg and Sh. Zile Singh laid the foundation of this temple of learning on April 1,2003. His uniqueness lies in the belief that his existence means doing his duty before he claims his rights.
