About Trichy Gurukul:
Equitas Gurukul, Trichy is located in Ariyamangalam. It takes the pride of being the first  Gurukul to be established in the year 2010 by EDIT, with classes LKG to VI Std. Today Trichy Gurukul has grown into a full-fledged school and upgrade to a  higher secondary institution with classes up  to Std XII. School is defined by a total student strength of 938, a faculty strength of 58 and a premium ?Teacher Student ratio? of  1:16.

The school achieved its first year of  academic excellence by securing 100% pass result in the Tamil Nadu SSLC Board exams and secured a school average of 84%  in the year 2016. Trichy Gurukul takes the pride of sustaining its maiden achievement by securing 100% pass result with a top score of 496/500, by R.Karthika in the 2017 Board exams. Out of the 20 children who wrote the X board exam this year, 19 have scored more than 400 and have together contributed to a  school average of 90%. In March 2018, the school shall endeavour to appear for its first STD XII Board exams under the directorate of matriculation schools.
